Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage is a type of massage therapy that incorporates the use of essential oils to enhance both physical and psychological well-being. During an aromatherapy massage, the therapist typically dilutes essential oils in a carrier oil and applies them to the skin through massage strokes. The aroma of the essential oils is also inhaled, providing therapeutic benefits such as relaxation, stress relief, mood enhancement, and alleviation of various physical ailments. Different essential oils are chosen based on their specific properties and the desired outcome of the massage, making each session customizable to the individual's needs and preferences.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is one of the most popular types of massage therapy, characterized by its combination of various techniques aimed at promoting relaxation and overall well-being. During a Swedish massage, the therapist uses long, gliding strokes along with kneading, circular motions, tapping, and stretching to manipulate the muscles and promote circulation. The pressure applied during a Swedish massage can range from light to firm, depending on the client's preferences and needs. This type of massage is often used to reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, alleviate stress, and promote relaxation. It is typically performed on a massage table with the client undressed (covered with a sheet) or partially clothed, and with the use of massage oil or lotion to facilitate smooth movements.

Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage is a therapeutic massage technique that involves the use of heated stones to enhance relaxation and relieve muscle tension. During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat stones, typically made of basalt, are heated to a comfortable temperature and placed strategically on the body. Additionally, the therapist may use the heated stones as an extension of their hands during the massage, applying gentle pressure and performing various massage strokes. The heat from the stones helps to warm up the muscles, allowing the therapist to work more deeply and effectively on areas of tension. Hot stone massage can promote relaxation, improve circulation, alleviate muscle stiffness, and reduce stress.
