Terms & Conditions

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment/treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 48 hours’ notice will be required any less we may not be able to fill the space. Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled after the 48 hours' period will be required to pay a 25% cancellation fee, same day cancellation will require a 50% cancellation fee. If any cancellation fees that are not payed any future appointments will require full payment up front non refundable or no booking allowed.  

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Revitalize cannot accept liability for lost gift cards. Please note Gift Vouchers cannot be used for other discounted or promotional offers

No Shows 

No show appointments will be charged 50% of the service. Clients who are no shows for their appointments and wish to rebook will be charged full amount for the service upfront to secure the booking and this will be Non Refundable

If the 50% no show fee has not already been payed then this will be added onto the next service if the client wish to rebook in the future. 

We have a rule of 3, after 3 No Shows consecutive or otherwise client(s) will not be welcome to book again or be provided any services going forward.
